New Issue of Fema Out!

Football stars Mrisho Ngassa and Asha Rashid grace the cover.

We’ve got football fever! Femina HIP is getting in the spirit of the World Cup, with the April-June issue of Fema focusing on the immensely popular sport. Headlining is a profile of two young Tanzanian football players – Taifa Stars striker Mrisho Ngassa and Asha Rashid of the Twiga Stars. We learn about how they got their start in the game and where they have found support and inspiration over the years.

Fema readers will get to learn about the fast-approaching World Cup games in South Africa, as well as hear from young Tanzanians about what they think is significant about this historic event.

Also in the issue:  Inspiring words from celebrated Tanzanian distance runner and gold medallist Filbert Bayi as he shares his life story, advice for parents whose children want to play sports and a look at how sports values translate to relationships and life skills off the field. What does it mean to be a team player in a relationship?

Look out for Fema on the newsstands.
