Seen The Latest Fema?

Nakaaya, soulful artist and forthright singer of the hit track Mr. Politician, graces the cover.

Nakaaya is on the latest cover of Fema, standing tall and oozing power.  This songstress and activist has a lot to say about politics, elections and the role of youth in Tanzania’s future. We find out where she draws inspiration for her music.

Also in this issue: a profile on television producer Maria Sarungi-Tsehai, who directed and produced Femina HIP’s film Chaguo, as well as a profile on Kilimo Kwanza and the scoop on Femina HIP’s upcoming Ruka Juu! project. We also collaborated with the Champion project to bring you guidelines for youth on how to approach and talk to their fathers about parental responsibility.
