Si Mchezo! Team Travels To Arusha

The theme of the trip was male involvement.

The Si Mchezo! editors recently spent ten days in Arusha for editorial collection. They were researching topics related to male involvement, in collaboration with UMATI. The editors talked to community members in Arumeru about how men see their roles in a range of issues from reproductive health to child-rearing to gender equality. Over the next few weeks we’ll be putting together our findings for you to read about in the January-February issue.

Keep a lookout for the Si Mchezo! November-December issue, due out soon! This issue was produced in Zanzibar and takes a look at volunteerism.
